Alright, unfortunately I have to head out off to work for a few hours... I just propped up my CFL (kinda ghetto but temporary). Any extra light is good light...so I guess it's cool. Posted pic below.

I got the Ice seeds from a good friend of mine, who had actually purchased them months before :-\. So honestly I'm happy that I even got one out of it. I'm already using http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=50100 with 2 warm/ 2 cool. I'm going to add a 27W CFL 5500K.

Well I actually have good news on the HPS, a good friend is giving me his 400 Watter ASAP. You're right, it really can't hurt to put in my CFL's. Going to work on that now

Last week has been pretty frustrating...have had no phone (which meant no camera). I really didn't want to update without pics because i thought it would be kinda pointless. That aside, my camera just got here! Going to take some pics and sum up everything I've done so far!

So...my damn camera phone is still broken. I really don't like updating without pics but... Only one of the first 5 seeds ever actually split open when I germinated, and unfortunately that is the only one that has made it past the first week after planting them, none of the others even broke...

Found a couple bag seeds last night, figured since I'm still so early in my grow I'm going to try and germinate them...not sure of the strain of the bud. Germinating using https://www.rollitup.org/view.php?pg=faq&cmd=article&id=602 since I didn't have much luck with my previous method.

Look man I really don't mean to be rude, but 3lb off 6 plants outside would be very impressive. Do you have any pictures or details on this 3 lb harvest? 8 ounces per plant in a 4x4 under a 400w just doesn't seem realistic.

Just been watering when they seem to get kind of dry, havent been watering to much as the soil has seemed to stay pretty moist. It's been 2.5 days since I planted the 5 seeds...one plant is visibly growing, another one seems to be just peaking through, but no sign from the rest :-(! Any input...

Bought some clear 16oz plastic cups today and filled them up with moist soil, and planted the 5 seeds. Looks pretty good so far lol, got a cfl with a nice reflector just for a few days until my nice 400w HIDs get here that I ordered today =D.
