The lights off temp is too low.I would suggest a digital heater on a timer for the lights off period,in the room. The humidity day and night is fine,so long as you're not past initial stretch in flower.

And that's just for ventilation.If trying to both ventilate the grow and cool the light,a bigger fan is needed.But people fail to realize that ambient temp/temp of intake are is all part of the equation.

What are the ambient temps (temp of the room your grow will pull it's fresh air from)? How much lighting? You're leavi.g variables out that we need to know.
