at 3 weeks old you should be feeding them already. And if know they are root bound you should transplant to larger pots. I would transplant them now to the pots you plan to flower in.

+1 to the post about CFL's. I use CFL's for vegging and they work great. I am using HPS for flowering now, but I've modified my cabinet for all the heat generated from the light (My cabinet is small). CFL's are great for learning, as they are easy to manage. Once you get a few grows down...

the yellowing of the lower leaves looks to me like over watering. Are you letting the soil dry completely before watering again?

attitude gives away free seeds depending on how much money you spend. the more you spend, the more freebies you get. They also have that monthly give away of free seeds, you just have to pay shipping. At Xmas they actaully gave away 15 free seeds, I was definitely in on that.

that sucks. I would check the adhesive section at lowes or home depot. They have all kinds of different ones and you will probably find one that works on glass. I can't say I ever tried to repair glass before.

i use a mini fridge for vegging and it works for me. Make sure to have good ventilation, it is real easy for fridges to get moldy. I have a small fan, a couple CFL's and my temps stay pretty steady in the 70's with the door slightly cracked.
