What I was referencing was, if I remember correctly, the plant was pollinated the first go round and produced viable seed, then when revegged it had a slightly higher THC content. I don't think it was anything drastic. Could it have been environment or grow conditions related...certainly...

Many years ago I read something about a pollinated female that produced seeds, if revegged, could/would have higher thc content the next go round. Anyone have thoughts/experience? If that is actually the case...I wonder what benefits OP could see on this go round?

I would put them on 16 or 18 hours if light til they come out of it. And I wouldn't remove buds. I would instead prune the hell out of them when they get back in veg. Lots of clone material.

I use FIM when I want to slow a growth tip down. Give everything "below it" a chance to grow while the FIM'd tip sorts itself out.

I do a little of them all. All have their place. LST is probably the most helpful and least stressful. FIM and Topping do their thing though. I top once or twice early on. Then start tying. And if I feel it needs it, do the FIM thing, but rarely use it.

That is correct. Know when you'll be taking them outdoors. You can find info online for when sunrise and sunset will be. Match to that schedule. Thats the best way I've heard to minimize. Unless you can hang a light over them outside to make up the difference.
