my almost 4 week old plant is in a soil with nutes and it is burning the leaves.. i cant do anything about the soil i dont have other options.. is it true that if i start the 12/12 and induce flowering now gonna help decrease the nute burn because the plant will start using the nutes? heres a...

yeah the soil has some nutes.. i couldnt get a different type of soil so i just flushed the soil a few times before using it.. what should i do now to get rid of the nutes in the soil?? its getting worse

i cant just simply change to DWC... i have a small grow cabinet with 3 other plants.. theres no space.. so u think the problem is overwatering AND nute burn from the soil?? heres a pic of it now..
