Well most of it happened a little after I put it into flower. In the pics I have posted you can't see a lot of things. For examply my lower 5 bladed water leaves have spots on them, are curled up, the tips are brown. The top colas on the plant have fan leaves with rust spots on them, yesterday...

So I would just add the epsom salt to my water with the nutrients and ph down?

At this time, I can't afford to buy a HPS or even MH. I had to cut my losses today and get a 200 watt cfl and a T5 strip light. This is probably a temporary light setup just to add to what I have going now. Right now I only have 3, 26 watt cfls on two plants...way too little. So add a 200 watt...
