Hi there...I grow in FF Happy Frog. Depends on the container size and plant size....generally each stage of up potting has enough nutrients to get through to the next. Once I'm in my final pot size...5 to 7 gal fabric in milkcrates, I get up to 5 or 6 weeks with only tap if I wish. Ph anywhere...
