If I get a fan that blows cool air and put it in tent will that work?

Inside tent is hot it's about 91-92 outside the garage is like 100+some days I crack my garage at night to get some cool air in.. I have my timer on to turn off at the hottest point of the day and running it on at night when its cool.. But it still get to like 81-84 at night

Will one of those fans that blow cool air help inside my tent or will that not be a good idea?

So I should move my carbon filter out the tent? And get another inline fane?

I have a 1000w in my tent.. I have my tent in garage no where to run it out no windows down there..
