Yeh, I read somewhere that it takes 100w for the first plant and 50-100 per extra plant so in your case 4 plants =400w or a little less but more is better as they say. are you flowering with cfl lights too? Cuz I also read that (HID) hps lights will penetrate to lower levels of the plant...
