    Trimming lower bud clusters

Thanks for the input bub! Yeah I'm in the same boat of thinking as you. Should have trimmed during veg... I have my LST on point this grow and most of my buds are coming along nicely. Some of them just look like they need to go... they are around 5 weeks flower btw.

    Is it normal?

4 weeks seems about right to show pistils. Growing outdoors is not consistent being that there are so many variables that affect the growing stages. In my opinion it is more cost efficient and reliable to grow indoor if it's just personal use. Looking forward to the pics bub!

    Trimming lower bud clusters

Would trimming lower bud clusters that are underachieving half way through flower help my main colas? Or would the stress outweigh the benefit?

Found a couple of pollen sacs. Hermie question

I would think that it is worth it man, that is if you have a small grow. This was my first experience with a hermie and I am very happy i decided to keep it. I removed 3 or 4 pollen sacs and have had none pop up since. All 3 of my plants look great and are flowering nicely. I'd say keep it...

Found a couple of pollen sacs. Hermie question

It is well over 2 feet tall and significantly taller than its sisters. They are 5 weeks old and are from the same strain of snowcap seeds. The one in question isn't nearly as bushy as the other two. It was the first to get pistols and is the farthest along since putting them in flower 2 weeks...

Found a couple of pollen sacs. Hermie question

Found and destroyed what looked like 2 very immature pollen sacs I found growing where I topped one of my girls a few weeks earlier. She began to flower and is next to 2 other females who are also in early bud development. I was unable to find any additional pollen sacs anywhere else on the...

Flowering with 5600k cfls? Has anyone tried this?

How important is it to change from 5600k to say 2700k when transitioning from veg to flower? Will it make that big of a difference during flower?

5 day old seedling growth light green. pics included

Interesting. I have them in happy frog and perlite. I am avoiding nutes until the 3rd or 4th week to avoid nute burn. I've read that HF by itself has enough nutes to keep your plants going for awhile.

5 day old seedling growth light green. pics included

I have been watering and then letting them dry out almost completely so far. I've read that is healthier than keeping them constantly moist. Agree?

From what i've read curing is what makes or breaks the buds when it comes to potency, taste, and smell.
