you should keep those pumps up off the floor in case of a power outage you don't flood your tent from gravity taking over. Just a thought.

Spicey8305 is right my first grow I used 5 T5 flouros and only yeilded an oz a plant. and I'm sure less the more you'll have i did 5. Best to get some mh/hps before attempting a decent harvest with good seeds. I would recommend no more than 10 if you are going to do it anyway.
