IF you are new to LED and want help choosing what to buy, POST HERE!

Whenever you have blogs recommending "the best" per se, it digresses into a subjective shooting match as ubiquitous bloggers proffer their opinions disguise as objective facts. The same happens whether the product are pianos, tennis racquets, LED TVs or in this case LED lights. I applaud you...

First Grow with 300W Advanced Platinum LED Grow Light

Thanks for your input guys. Yeah, I'm running 450 ppm which works without burn on newer growth. I have learned a lot on this 1st run. I have another batch that has been vegging for 2 1/2 months from clones that is chomping at the bit to get on to flowering. For this next batch I'm going to...

Harvest a Pound Every Three Weeks!

You don't need those expensive cap timers! You can by inexpensive 45 seconds per cycle timers off Ebay, get 2 for $30, that's what I use. Also, e-z clone sprayers suck, get the sprayers from Lowes, they are 10 times better.

Hi crazymun, Nice! I think you will like it. It does the job well, now if only I can get my nute feeding under control. This is my first grow so it is all new to me. Are you growing from seeds or clones? Are you new to this or a seasoned veteran? It's amazing how a few of the members on...

First Grow with 300W Advanced Platinum LED Grow Light

You are absolutely right! Looking at my notes and reading back on my post #150 Day 14 of Flowering the ladies were stabilizing and doing well, new growth was green and very even with ppm at 775. I hadn't fed any Dyna-Gro Bloom since Day 10. On Day 17 of flowering I add 1 ml (18 drops) of...

First Grow with 300W Advanced Platinum LED Grow Light

Day 36 Flower, hope this nute burn doesn't spoil the buds. Lowered my ppm from 800 to 600. It's always the lag effects of feeding that gets me in trouble, when it drifts up a few days after feeding. I succumb to trying to feed (too much) during flowering.

What defiency do I have with my clones?

Thanks for all your input! I think what I have here is my 300W Advanced Platinum LED is too close to my plants. It is a smaller clone/vegging 18" x 30" x 48" tent and my clones have been shooting up 3" to 5-6" from the LED light! Upon closer inspection it is my upper leaves that are cupping...

What defiency do I have with my clones?

Day 58 clones in a aeroponic sprayer system- pH 6.0, 335 ppm with AN Sensi A+B and a little Botincare Cal-Mag. What do these leaf spots look like? I've been vegetating these clones slowly because my flowering tent will not be available for another 4-5 weeks while I am flowering another crop...

E Shine LED Grow Lights, any opinions?

So far so good. You can look at my grow journal. I have a 300W Advanced Platinum in a flowering tent and a 150W in a clone/vegging tent. This is my first grow. I messed up over feeding but the plants are pulling through. Looking to harvest in 6-7 weeks. I have the flowering 300W LED about...

E Shine LED Grow Lights, any opinions?

Then there is $369 for the 300W AdvancedLEDgrow.com and $795 for the 300W advancedledlights for the same rated output. It was an easy decision for me. You can get 2 of these for less than 1 at advancedledlights. For price relative to performance and diminishing marginal utility, it's a no...

E Shine LED Grow Lights, any opinions?

First Grow with 300W Advanced Platinum LED Grow Light

Flower Day 28. Still messing with some nute burn, diluting my reservoir to bring my tds to 640 ppm from the 775 level. I raised my 300W Advanced Platinum LED 5" to get some better light on the buds around the edges of the canopy and removed some burnt fan leaves. The LED is now 20" from...

3 weeks is ridiculous. You should be receiving it in 1 week. Something is amiss, you should find out why.

First Grow with 300W Advanced Platinum LED Grow Light

I check pH every day and it's pretty constant between 5.6-5.7. I had pH fluctuation early in the vegging cycle but no longer. Yeah i have to keep it under 700 ppm and fight the urge to overfeed in the flowering stage.

First Grow with 300W Advanced Platinum LED Grow Light

Yeah, Dave. I think i was pre-conditioned by reading blogs that 800-1500 ppm was the suggest nute targets. However I am finding out that (for these particular strains) 500 ppm in vegging and 700 ppm in flowering is the way to go with my aeroponic sprayer setup. My clones are doing well...
