Heres a picture of the light fixtures I purchased. 4 of these: I replaced the 7800k bulbs it came with however. Replaced with 6500k. My first attempt with those 3 plants that died on me were under 7800k.

Thanks! It's been a bit of trial and error. I killed 3 seedlings prior to these successes, the seedlings were too hot (90+deg) and had less than 10% humiditiy. Now that the temps are lower, the humiditiy is higher, we're doing good!

Yup. You're 100% correct. From what I hear they are very very sensitive at that young age.

ty desert. I'll see about transplanting these suckers into something bigger soon as I can see they're still alive. Regarding the humidity, I just covered them with plastic-wrap after misting the soil - that ought to do it.

2x 4' long flourescent glow lights from wal-mart. They have some truly high kelvin rating (like 7800k), and put out over 1300 lumens each, as seen below: (NOTE: You can see the data on the bulbs in one of the pictures below)

Ok, swapped out for two 6500k bulbs (removed the 2x7800k's), and I added a higher-flow fan to try to lower the temps some. I'll keep you posted. Anyone else with any other comments?
