It all depends on how much space you have to work with. You have to consider bulb distance and stretch. So for example your ceiling is 8'. Your light hood is 8" and you need about 18" of space between the bulb and plants. So already you are short about 2 feet- only 6 feet left....so if you vegg...

Looks like overfert to me. The claw shaped leaves is what tipped me off. Run straight water for a week or so. If it was a heat problem the leaves would curl up not down. What are your temps?
