Your plants have the claw from overwatering. You might want to remove the tinfoil, it reflects heat not light.

Exaust should be bigger than intake to create negative pressure. If you have a 500cfm exaust you can get away with a passive intake, just a hole to let air in. Because if you are drawing air out naturally it automaticly brings air in to replace it. Door cracks would not be sufficent. But a...

No not the size of the hole it is talking about the size of fan. INtake 100crm, exaust 400 cfm. I never have a intake fan. I use negative presure to draw air in.

Keep everything sealed by creating "the lung" The lung is a seperate room set aside just for conditioning the air. Both rooms will draw from the lung. then the lung will return the back. Kinda hard to explain but i will go into more depth if interested.

Yes water everyday or many times a day is correct for hydro....but his plant doesnt even have its first set of true leaves yet! Its still a seedling! Im guessing you know nothing about root rot in seedlings. What is the point in excessively watering a plant that cant absorb that much in a week...
