    Super Silver Haze Community Journal

HLG makes the nicest lights I’ve come across. I’m no expert on the subject but I have a couple friends growing with other brands and their results have not been nearly as impressive. We’ve grown the same seeds and clones w/ the same medium, nutrients etc. Can’t go wrong w/ HLG.

    Are they ready?

They look ready to me. I used to be a die hard “let em go longer” grower and honestly believe i let a bunch of plants go too long. As a result, many of these plants lost some of their terp profile. I don’t see any white hairs and they’ve clearly went through their swell stage. I’d harvest.

    NEXT RUN

You’re about 12 weeks away from a lengthy sentence in trim jail……

    How cold is too cold?

The biggest issue I see is the difference in your canopy height. The plants look healthy but they’ve been left to grow in the natural apical dominant way. That’s ok if you’re growing outside b/c the sun moves around the plant, but inside the only light is coming from straight above. So the...

    Blaze & Daze

Who says purple and green don’t go together…..I think they look great….

    how to get dense buds?

Sounds like letting them go longer would not have been the thing to do. I’ve let plants go too long waiting for amber trichs that never happened……and lost a lot of Terp profile in doing so. Fluffy buds could be caused by a number of things. How was the health of the plants ? Healthy plants...

Mid week 5..can I get an opinion

They look fine aside from a tad too much N. My current run didn’t start showing noticeable pre flowers for about 10 days after the flip…..so as long as they are looking healthy, I wouldn’t fret.

Mature Small buds - early flower

I have a plant that’s looking similar to yours. It’s a seed that was one of a few that popped up in a clone from my last run…..I was told the clone rodelized and essentially pollinated itself. The clone produced about 4.5oz of dried manicured buds and we found about 10 seeds total. The...

Too much N in late flower…..help

Hello all, so I’m growing 3 plants, all different strains…..photos…a few days shy of 7 weeks in flower. One strain (white wedding) proved to a hungry one and I’ve had to top dress her more than usual. The second plant (lilac diesel x mandarin cookies) had a more reasonable appetite. But my...

    Help?

    Well said and spot on.

    Help?

I assume this an auto? How long has she been growing/flowering? What are your temps at the top of the canopy? And are u PH’ing your inputs ? The foxtailing is minor and not the type of foxtailing that is a bad thing. Some strains will foxtail regardless and it just makes for chunky buds. As...

    Day 33

They should stretch like crazy at the start of flower. If you’ve grown before and feel comfortable doing it, I would do some light training and bend them where they open up, expose the lower bud sites and flatten the canopy. Autos are fickle and I don’t grow them. I just don’t like having...

How often should I feed my plants during flowering??

Totally depends on what type of grow you’re doing. What is your medium and will you be feeding synthetic or organic?? When I started, I used soil and was intent on feeding synthetic bottled nutes. I ended up w/ 15 bottles of this and that, with plants that did OK, but hardly worthy of a...

Should I flush for 3-7 days? (Indoor, soil)

The buds look fine and appear to be developing nicely. I’d guess you have a solid month to go and ideally you don’t want so much fading with so much time to go. A small increase in the feeding schedule should get them across the finish line.

    Seeking Recommendations for Organic Nutrients

I thought I’d include a pic….this my current run about 3 weeks or so into flower…..I had just watered so they’re a little droopier than usual.

    Seeking Recommendations for Organic Nutrients

I will save u lots of trial and error, although the lessons learned on mistakes tend to stick. I run an organic grow and have done so for some time. I’ve mixed every organic offering out there in more combinations than I can count….and used a bunch of different mediums. Ocean Forest...

    my first harvest

Looks nice and dank….and the walk in cooler is way to do it. I wish I had one. I don’t know if you’ve used it to dry much, but I’m betting you can let them hang a good long time with your conditions dialed in to 60/60.

    Wedding Cake, Done ?

Forgot to add, that haze is gonna need a bit longer than most. Be patient, keep her fed and you should have a nice one.

    Wedding Cake, Done ?

I’m guessing it’s Ethos genetics on the Wedding Cake? I’m growing a White Wedding right now. It’s been my experience that the 60-65 days of flower that they give is pretty accurate for hitting the start of a good harvest window…..but I don’t start counting until the plant starts really...

    New growth at week 13?

I’ve never seen such a thing…..and I’ve been around for a long time. Maybe it’s my old eyes, but I don’t see any trichomes…..Is she getting frosty anywhere?? I agree w/ the previous comments….wait until the original growth is ripe and harvest. And I also agree that genetics can really be a...
