IMO you’re getting close. I still see some white pistils popping and I like for 99% of those to turn brown and recede. If the plant was struggling and showing major senescence I’d say go ahead and chop. But it looks like it has gas in the tank so I’d give it a week.

2 seeds from the same pack can be very different…..,like 2 sons from the same mother & father…..that’s just genetic expression. Seeds from the same plant can produce many different phenotypes. Now if you were to take a cutting from one of those, it’ll be a genetic clone of the mother.
