That drawing is a dangerous interpretation.... Get the sub panel and 2 breakers, and a roll of 14-2 romex wire(or however many feet of wire you are going to need) then we will go from there...

Go to your local electrical store and ask for a 30 amp sub panel....This is what you need...You can then use 2 15 amp circuits max...

I use ff's soil, I mix them up though. 40% ff oceans forest, 40% ff happy frog, 20% perlite.. With this mix, I don't feed my plants any nutes for roughly 4 weeks...
