You might want to start them in something other than FFOF...it tends to run too hot for seedlings...try to find a seed starting mix with no ferts...then once they are ready for food transplant to the FFOF

Hard to tell anything without pictures but I would say if u just watered don't water again...post some pics and u should get lots of help
