I wasn't going to comment but just couldn't help it. This is probably the worst customer service response I've ever seen. You aren't the first company to be put on blast about not responding to an email. The dude may be wrong but your job is to put out fires to help your company. IMO

Golden rule to not being boring is keep everything short and sweet...if you keep them constantly engaged in a new activity every 15min or so over the course of an hour you definitely won't be boring...last tip: get a great assistant who is as invested as you are
