Sounds to me like a stress free environment. But bring the light back down to it and this is a seedling... Shouldn't need much.

2-3 very small for indoor short grows. Great for beginners who don't have lighting systems setup. Instead of having to change the lights to 12/12 to flower they automatically do it after 2-3 months based on strain.

I think 1 65 watt would definitely work... But it doesn't take much light for cannabis to grow, it takes a lot of light for cannabis to grow well and happy though.

Walmart, not sure the kelvin, but the lumen I believe is 3400(maybe, at least 3k). I have three so the three work real well for my one plant.

For veg you want blue spectrum lighting, flowering red. Two of those cfls should be enough. But I'd get one more honestly and go with an angled lighting system to hit the undergrowth.
