You should suck air through the carbon filter and blow the air though the lights to cool them off. I would suggest using a can fan instead of the inline fan. You don't need that other filter either. Also why not just have the lights side by side it would be more efficient. This what I would do...

It looks like bud rot to me pic 5 looks like it has a web on it so either you have bud rot or a serious infestation going on. You should cut the buds off that are effected.

At the very least you could use more fans good airflow would probably dissipate some of the heat.

The scrog isn't very good it looks like you just let it grow up between the holes instead of weaving the branches and filling the scrog net up. Basically its just a support net because your canopy isn't even at all. Other then that it looks pretty good.
