Basically after a month a plant should have atleast three of four nodes. This looks like the end of week one. Some plants just dont thrive as well. Keep this one going like i said and start a bunch more...

Some plants are just retarded. They usually take off at somepoint though. Start a bunch more and i'll bet they'll be the same size in a week. Good luck man.

lol I've flowered under HPS...and know that they do great! Are you saying that just because you grew it? If it's true they produce more resin/thc because of the UVB then how could you turn that down? Also if it's not as dense that means more THC per weight...? Resulting in a overall...
