When making cannabutter with trim do you grind up you trim or throw it straight in?

I was given a good amount of fresh trim. I am going to make brownies from them and i need them by tomorrow so i will be unable to let the trim dry. I have never used fresh trim before and have heard different opinions. Will it work?

My plants were pollinated by bananas. I can see the seeds starting to form. I ripped them out and they are very immature white seeds. My question is, i was chopping in a week anyway. Does the plant really put all it's energy into making the seeds? Will my yield be pretty much the same a week...
