lawl yes cfl's can beat 400watt hps, but they cant do it useing one bulb alone.......... your best bet is grab another 400watter or upgrade to a 600. a 400watt light added like 5 bucks to my electric bill a month. wasnt no big deal to me.

i used, $1 store metallic gift wrap. it comes in all diff colors but the back side is mylar. thats what the rolls of that colored stiff is in the pics. altho painting it flat whit will work just as well, just make it a nice thick coat so its easy to clean and wipe down.

only one, i started them under like 26watts of cfl to get them rooted into plugs then i put them under a 400watt mh light for a month and this past 7 weeks they have been under hps. my grow is only 1 400watt lamp, also i am useing all an nutes. thank you.
