Those would be, in my opinion, the best type of light for early stages of vegging. They are effective throughout the veg stage if you have enough lumens

All plants grow outside, it is where they are meant to be grown I start sowing all plants (not just cannabis) in mid april in the UK It would be best to have the temp around 25C, just germ them in some damp kitchen roll in a resealable plastic bag on your windowsill

My set up is very similar to yours. To keep my cupboard cool without a fan i make some holes in the roof of my cupboard so as the hot air rises it can escape the grow area leaving it at the right temperature. I make enough holes to make sure enough hot air can get out without loads of light...

Just harvested my 2 MI5's, got 164g overall wet weight. I used 1x 150w blue spec CFL and 3x 20w red spec cfl. Super cheap grow set up. They got to about 35cm high with really fat and dense buds with a fairly good amount of resin on them. They took 60 days until harvest. They had a smell...
