Good news i checked on my plant this morning and im sure the top leaves look less yellow :)

Yeah you need to hang dry it in a dark room for a few days, then put them into a jar. Open the jar one day, close it the next. repeat until it has your desired moisture level. There is a great thread on it in the harvesting and curing forum

It'll be hard to tell what strain it is but once its a few weeks old you'll be able to get a good idea if its mostly sativa or indica by the leaves.

Yeah apparently, ive seen a few pictures of boron deficiency and it looks very similar. Theu lights are about 2" away from the plant, ill move down a bit and hope for the best. Thanks for the advice +rep

Yeah that looks just like what i have. I'll see if i can find some eye wash with boron in. If i cant find any, whats the very worst that could happen to my plant?

The little leaves on the main cola are yellowing and tips are turning brown. I have no idea what this means. +rep for help p.s i would have more pictures of the actual plants but im ill as hell and couldnt be bothered to take anymore

It an auto MI5, 30 days old. As you can see the top leaves if the cola are yellowing and have brown tips. I have no idea what this means? +rep for help

I know the leaves are used for photosynthesis so by taking them off the plants will be making less sugar. But i tried to compensate between light penetration and photosynthesis. I only took 4 fan leaves of per plant so i dont think it's make much difference, it might stunt the growth a little...

Also, what is the best month to plant auto's outdoors? And do they yield better or worse with natural sunlight?

I cut some of the big fan leaves off both plants today so the light can get to the lower parts of the plant. Also, some of the lower leaves are starting to yellow, am i right in thinking that means its lacking some nutrients, or it is nute burn?

Its good to see you've done your research :). You might want to order some more CFL's, you can get 125w ones for like £19, you need an E45 adaptor for bulbs that big (I'm in UK so it might be different where you live). For auto's 18/6 light cycle is best, make sure when using CFL's you keep them...

they look pretty stretched. After 10 days you should have more leaf development than that. What type of light are you using? 48w isnt really enough for even one plant. I'd stick like a cocktail stick or something like that in the soil and tie the plant to it with a bit of thread to support it...
