Ended up ordering a Titan Controls Helios 2 from my ,kind of, local hydro store for $126. Didn't want to put in an other breaker but was easier than I thought it would be....damn lazy ass stoners never want to do anything that have the words "extra work" in it....

Figured out why the 30 amp vs the 50 amp and the differences between 110 and 220. I believe I will just go 110 since after replacing the ballast cords it will cost me the same if not more to go 220 and there is no power cost savings. Still anyone recommend any other lighting controllers for me...

other than the Helios 2 converting the power to 110 is there any difference between it and the Helios 4? If so why does the the Helios 2 require a 50 amp breaker and the Helios 4 only requires a 30 amp? I would rather only have to install and buy the parts for an other 30 amp connection vs a 50...

I could be barking up the wrong tree but could I not connect one these to each outlet and would that not solve my issue? EDIT: sorry just saw that it was just a shut off switch not an actual timer

Thanks for all the input. I have a total of 4 lights and two 20 amp 120v outlets to power the lights. My friend keeps trying to push me to get a Titan Helios 2, my only issue with this is from my understanding I will have to install a 50 amp breaker to run this thing.

I can only seem to find 15 amp timers or the extreme... Any advice? I have four lights per room and two 20 amp outlets already installed. putting in 4 timers is possible but difficult they way the room and outlets are setup...

Have a 6 bucket DWC system and a 4 by 4 flood system.

With proper venting is it OK to do soil and hydro in the same room? Just worried about mildew and such...

They are the gray buckets that say lowes on the side of them. Its not too much light but enough for me to notice, and to my understanding any light = algae and such. This is my first hydro system and just trying to work out the quirks. If I dont need to spent the time and money to tape these or...

Nothing at the bottom of the buckets or controller reservoir, yet... Guess I will take the time to wrap the damn things in foil tape.

While trying to figure out why my PH wants to sit at 7.0 I noticed some dim light makes it through the lowes 5 gallon buckets I turned into my DWC system. Is this little bit of light enough to worry about and if so could this be the cause of my high PH?
