IMO I wouldn't switch the light schedule. With my tomatoes I pick off the new flowers as soon as I have all the tomatoes I want on that plant; a few weeks before harvesting I let the flowers grow back again for a second harvest.

I was thinking the same thing. My last plant had a ridiculous cola on it and I ended up throwing out about a 1/4 z because of that, and I do have good airflow and keep humidity and temp in check. The pics are exactly what I am trying to avoid again; it was cool looking but it was not efficient...

What I did with mine was this. Some plants mature quicker top down, some bottom up; my last was bottom up. I flushed real good for a couple days then I cut the bottom nugs and then gave one more 1/2 strength dose to the cola for an extra week and then gave the cola a good flush for a couple...
