It very well could be. You want to use epsom salts sparingly and only when you start to notice a magnesium problem. If they are both female I would put them in a 5 gallon pot in a few months. If you think you can take them out of the rock wool without breaking the tap root than I would do that; if not than let them grow.

It is hard to say, but the more i look at your plant the more it seems obvious to me that you just need to water only when the plants need it (maybe once a day depending on air flow and heat) sometimes only once every 2 or 3 days; you have to be the judge of that. Nothing likes a soggy ass...

Are you using a HPS light?? If so, never spray your plants with the lights on it will burn the $hit out of them. Also, are you using tap water and is your tap water high in lime and calcium? If so, the calcium is probably preventing the plant from utilizing magnesium. I had this problem once...
