Yes, as they get older they will need more light. Keep a small fan blowing across the seedlings on LOW. It will help the seedlings become much stronger and also help get some of the heat from the cfl's away from them. They are very delicate at this stage.

I wanted everyone to know my experience with KC Brains Mango. I sprouted 4 out of 5 seeds very quickly in the medium and threw away 2 males and 2 hermies. I guess there is a reason why their seeds are cheap, they are crap. I will never buy from KC Brains again.

Don't waste your time with KC Brains Mango. I sprouted 4 out of 5 which isnt bad, 2 were male and now I just found that the other 2 are genetically hermies. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

50/50 is an average that everyone says. I planted 9 seeds this time and got 7 females; first grow I planted 6 seeds and got 2 females.
