nice set up, but those lights should be closer. 2inches at most.. you will notice a big diff in growth when they are closer. you must move them almost every day though and make sure they dont touch or the leaves will get burnt... im sure you've read this before, but I just thought I'd throw...

dont use the food colouring! FDD updated his post and said that it ruins the bud and it tastes like crap after... whats the diff between fancy molasses and the yellow label??? I could only find Grandmas fancy molasses, it says 100% natural and no preservatives.. Will this be alright??

IMO I would use like a 1.5 gallon pot the whole way with the small clones.. probably should be sufficient.. thats around what Im using right now and I think they'll be alright cheers

in order for baking soda and vinegar to produce a constant supply of co2, you have to set up a drip system.. ive read about 1 drip of vingegar per second.. too much at once is no good because the plants dont like the fumes from the vinegar.. combining it all at once and leaving it wont do any...

using 2 y adaptors should only give you 3 sockets, not 4.. one y socket = 2, then u have to use one of the sockets for the other y adapter, leaving 3 for lights?? unless u used 3 y adapters, but whats the point of that? i would only use 1 y adapter per socket.. that way u dont have to worry...
