I'm not sure the fert. content of Biobuzz, but it sound to me like it could be a problem, seedling don't need fert. for two to three weeks and then they only need a weak strength feed. Re-pot in no seedling/starter potting soil (buy at any big box store) and add 6.3 ph'd water.

when a plant gets stressed it takes about a week give or take to recover and start growing again. That plant looks very stressed. You need to pin point what the source of the stress is resolve the problem and give it time to come around. Go back to the basics, temp , light/dark , ph, wtaer and...
