No ph doesn't matter then, but a cube thats to wet does, hold it up till is stops dripping. put them back in the tray mist them, close the dome and check them tomorrow, I bet they perk up.

lift up you cube if water drips out your defenitly not to dry, rockwool hold moisture well. I mist twice a day on 24hr light. I water the clone about every second day for the first week with ph 5.5 water. I water the cube then hold them up above the tray untill is just about quits dripping and...

Did you do any scarifying of the stem or add rooting hormones? I think is you give them some time they will pop up you just cut them off the main plant so thats a big shock to them. Make sure they aren't to wet, mist them with plain water and keep them lite.

I'm not sure the method to your madness, are you going of the grow video where arjan says to dry the plants out? I would say res change back to full strangth nutes don't you think? Maybe flush plain ph'ed water for a couple hours to wash out the florakleen, then back up. Im just guessing here...
