No doubt most will be males knowing my luck. A little worried now about the roots of the males rotting when i pull the plants out. Will just have to try and pull the roots out with the rest of the plant, with out doing to much damage to the roots of the remaining females. Decided to just tuck...

Thanks boys almost got busted yesterday... Was taking a quick look at my babies, and herd her coming. Lucky i have a switch that turns everything off, fans, lights, pumps, everything. Had to quickly flick it, and close the door on the grow just as she walked in. Fark i freaked out, was...

Shit hay! didn't think leaving the roots behind would cause a problem. Was planning on removing the rest of the plant, but leaving the roots. Ideally i would use only females. Will clone some this time, for my next grow, to negate this problem. Appreciate your help.

Thats all really nice, and thanks for your input, but you didn't answer my question. How do you train your plant to grow horizontal? Do you continuously push every stem that emerges through the wire back under it? Or do you weave the emerging stems under and over through the holes in the...

New pics taken today. They have well and truly reached the screen, and are pushing through. Not sure if i am suppose to weave the plants over and under the wire by letting them grow up through the wire and then tuck them under the next bit of wire. or should i be continuously pushing them...

just took a sneak peak at the girls whilst the wife was cooking dinner (where she belongs;-)), and they are pushing up against the screen. Amazing! I'll start 12/12 later this week.

Awesome grow, and unbelievable results from the fluro's. You've given me hope, after i lost faith, that my Fluro SCROG would not yield anything worth smoking. Quick question. Do you allow the plant to grow above the screen and then tuck it under the next piece of wire, effectively "weaving"...

New pics taken today, plants 1 month old. A small amount of nute burn on the very tip of some of the leaves, but other than that they have responded really well. They are almost touching the screen now, so i will switch to 12/12 in the next couple of weeks. :peace:

so i went ahead and added nutes at 1/4 strength when the plants were at the stage pictured below. That was about 8 days ago. I will take some photo's tomorrow of what they look like now. This difference is amazing... :peace:

If you have a look at the photo's, the screen is preventing me from putting the lights any closer, not that it matters if they stretch slightly anywho, as height will not be an issue. The 65 watter and its buddy were broken on arrival, or shortly thereafter. so purchased the 28's.
