They look pretty healthy. To judge your plants current health, you need to look at the recent leaves, The older ones will tell you things, but the newest growth will give you major heads up.

Repot is asap. That pot is way too small.

Never water on a schedule. Water when they need it. Your over watering and stressing them. You changed things up quite a bit. Your plants are wondering whats going on. Let them chill for a bit, they will be fine. Don't feed or over water for the meantime.

I wouldnt. I would prune leave that dont look healthy or are blocking light. You want to put the less amount of stress on the plant so you dont inhibit growth. My .02$ at least...

If you just cut the stem, you risk the undesirable plants roots rotting and creating a disease issue. You are better off useing seperate containers.
