go with the 400water....your setup is pretty much exactly how my closet is set up...except i have the fan in the attic...you will be very surprised at how much heat that 400w gives off....u probably wont need a heater in that room.

yo A-b.....ok I have a problem with my ebb n flow. I have my reservoir right under the table, and i have 2 lines....1 for the pump and another for the return/safety flood line. Now, I thought when the pump turned off that the water would also drain back down from the pump line.....but its not...

The idea is to extract the heat created by the bulb before it gets a chance to heat the room (or make the glass hot, etc etc). So you hook a fan up to it...with some ducting...maybe a carbon filter.....maybe more ducting....and u remove the air from the room. If you weren't sure, those types...
