Overseas manufactures rarely properly ground their equipment most of the time you will find the ground is not even hooked up! Not ideal for our wet environments.. You should not be getting any stray electricity...

Buy yourself a humidistat and hook it to an inline fan, it will save you a bunch of problems present and future, it only runs the fan when the humidity gets above your set points, IMO the more automation the more stable your grow environment...

IMO too much/too close lights can cause fox tailing and continued production of white hairs especially on sativa leaning strains.. fox tailing is more extreme then I see your girls doing but they all start somewhere I have had fox tails well over an inch long buds looked like they had fingers lol
