At your current stage of growth there is no way you have 100% cloudy. Maybe 10% but definitely not 100%

Another thing you can do is don't chop em after you just watered, wait a few days for all the extra moisture in them to be used up, you want the soil (if you're using soil) to be bone dry on harvest day, it helps speed up the drying process

I agree with the last guy, once the buds are free of excess moisture they won't develop mold on them in the jars. Now if you only dried them out for two days then put them into mason jars and never opened the jars for two weeks you could have mold, but properly dried cannabis won't mold by itself.

Clear will definitely get you high, but it won't be as long lasting a high and it'll peak earlier than if you let the trichs get cloudy or amber. One time I broke a branch off one of my girls in week 4 of flower so rather than just throw it away I dried it out and smoked it and it got me pretty...

Don't think it would harm them, the leaves will be droopy but the buds themselves should be just fine. If you're worried about mutations or things like that I think you'd need to leave them in the dark for an extended period of time like a week or longer for that to happen.
