1 or 2 frosts wont hurt a plant at all, now I wouldn't just let it get night after night of frost but a little goes a loong way kinda like darking out your plant b4 harvest. Some people live by putting the plant in the dark for 2 or 3 days to stress it to an extent. Frost simply helps...
