Did you have additional seeds in there? How did the plants get there? If you had planted more than 1 seed, then transplant them by all means, otherwise you may want to pinch them off, so nutes go to your month old plant.

I personally like to have about 1/4" of root first, which doesn't take long. usually about a day, maybe 2.

Genetics, Genetics, Genetics. Buy from seed banks and hope for the best! Bag seeds can very unstable, therefore giving you a lesser quality bud.

I have very hard water where I live and I do not have a way to test solids in my water. Any suggestions as to using distilled or spring water would be appreciated. I am running a DWC hydro setup. Please let me know what works for you. Thanks!

Try using Final Phase by Advanced Nutrients, but you always want to end with 1 week of water only, so maybe 1 week with final phase and then 1 week with water only.

Yeah, if it's the top leaves then you should be concerned, but if is the original sprout leaves then you will be ok.

Make sure you let your buds go long enough instead of guessing. I usually wait until the triches start turning amber and then suspend nutes for 1-2 weeks depending on how far I want to take the buzz. Best advice is to experiment and come up with your own recipe for tasty bud.

This is hillarious. Although, I can see the problem when a relationship begins from lies and deception. But seriously, who had a good first experience and would want to repeat that over and over... ...not I. I'll stick with the experienced and enjoy my experience.
