Your ladies look great jody, for cfl's 6500k or higher is great for flowering.. and try to get the cfls as close to the plants as possible, even inside the bushes, if possible.

personally LEDs are still not as good as a MH or HPS cost less to run but didn't give me better results. even CFLs i like better.. but that's my opinion.

^^agree we need more info.. what size pots? how old are the plants? what light? what soil combo? what fertilizers? what water? (tap or drinking or distilled) what temps? what type of box. maybe we can get some pics of the whole crop. But from first look its nute burn? maybe flush the plants.

Not sure if you can top starting now. i would assume its do-able but you need to give it a week-2weeks before the flower stage so the tops have a chance to grow. I would ask other growers about that.
