    Spores from Vancouver Seed Bank

stunner: try b+, cambodian or alcabenzi if you can find it. for the beginner they are quite easy to get going, and have been developed over the years, so have better genetics than some of the "newer" strains of cubensis. PM if you have further questions.

    growing shrooms outdoors

hahaha...misinformation alert. growing mushrooms outdoors takes months, and fruiting occurs maybe 3 months after you "innoculate" anything. Depending on the species, you must coincide with climates and such. In other words, not all species can be grown in the same environment. If you want...

My grow journal for P. cyans

cyans are wood lovers, PF TEK is not for suitable for this. You should have colonized grain and cased it. You may be growing a different species from the looks of it. Also, for humidity, perlite is used where humidifiers are not. Field capacity perlite gives us incredible humidity potential...

    Salvia Divinorum

Thanks for comments. I am thinking of leaving it in there, and letting it grow into the clay that's already filled up. I was using the clay as a source for humidity. Drainage is amazing and I've had no problems with root rot whatsoever. I used to have a dripper on it, but have found that to be...

    Spores from Vancouver Seed Bank

It looks like a needle with a detachable tip, and will be most likely in a ziplock, and that will be inside a small box or air mail package. I am not sure what you have to hide from, if someone asks you and you have to tell them its a mushroom spore, just say its a white button or something...

    Salvia Divinorum

I've heard of this method before. I am going to try it soon. My plant just got hit by some bugs however, so I'm gonna take it easy. Tips are already blacking up a bit too much for my liking. Thanks for input I'll let you know how it goes.

    Salvia Divinorum

Has anyone tried? I got a cutting in clay right now, had it about 2 months. I could use some tips on growing chambers, mine has outgrown the humidity dome I bought for seedlings a few weeks ago. Also, I could use some directions on climatizing it out of the humidity dome. I'll post some...

    Dangers of shrooms?

growwwwww: I just did a undergrad thesis on mushrooms and I really have a problem with people associating mushrooms as a hard drug. If people just understood more about them then they would come to realize that if you don't want to trip on them, you don't have to.... But I guess the problem is...

    Is Growing Shrooms Indoor Hard?

and like someone mentioned, contamination is the biggest problem. mushrooms begin with mycelium (network of hyphae). The mycelium colonizes substrate (in PF TEK it is the Brown rice flour and verm), and then when introduced to blue light and air begins to form primordia, primodria form the...

    Is Growing Shrooms Indoor Hard?

PF TEK is for those interested in studying the biology of mushrooms, and are not really sure what to expect. It is simple, and you harvest within a month of innoculation. Also, all the materials can be had from any hardware store (rice flour, vermiculite, jars) The problem is obtaining spores...

    Dangers of shrooms?

muscaria is not the deathcap. thats thalloides or pathera (sp) species. Muscaria can be consumed with no psychoactive implications if par-boiled first. I have tried them several times when picked in the wild, and are dramatically different from cubensis and similar mushrooms. They are not for...
