Well, I have read that signs start to show within 2 weeks and it's been about two weeks and these are the only signs that I see. Here is a shot near the top where I think I seen a few more @ day 13. It's not the best quality but I'll try and update with a better one.

I'm actually 12 days into flower, keeping it small. The preflowers are coming in kinda slow, I think anyways.... this is my first grow but I still have an idea of how things are supposed to be. That is why I started adding more lights because I noticed that the preflowers should be developing...

Alright, I got a decent macro shot of the node where I thought I saw a faint hair though the magnifying glass. I think these are clearly 2 hairs emerging from a calyx. Could this be it? :-|

Don't say filter with bubble bags, the point is making hash without spending $300. You can use a coffee filter, silk screen, or cheese cloth.

Okay, so far right now I have (3) 23w 2700k and (1) 40w 2700k and (1) 23w 6500k, total lumens: about 9,150 in a small space and I pretty much vegged the whole thing with the (1) 6500k, I didnt add the first 2700k lights until about 1-2 weeks before I started flowering.

2' wide x 6' high x 2' deep.. it's a really small space with 1 plant and I know I need to add more light I have already said that. That book is all about HID's and I said I was using CFL. How does that help me at all? I know my aim is as close to 10k lumens as I can get, the only thing is I've...

I would use 2700k for flowering, but 20k lumens in 4 FL is nice.

Why did you plant 3 seeds in the same pot? This is going to cause problems later on. So I would say.. no, you're not doing things right.

I think I may need to add more lights too.... I was looking at em earlier today and I thought I saw a hair coming out but its hard to tell this magnifier I'm using really sucks spaghetti noodles but I got a glimpse of what I saw in a couple pics with my not so macro friendly camera.

Day #10 and the preflower is slowly getting larger and I dont see any clusters. It looks like this is a calyx forming... what does everyone else think?
