This is correct you cant run CMH's with a digital ballast.

Tdooda your plants in the middle are getting direct light from the CMH while the ones on the outside are getting indirect light or reflective light.. if you had a light meter you would see a monster difrence in lumens... you have way to many plants in that space and they are fighting each other...
