yea i have had that happen to me, i like to call them the retards of the family, how you get that is maybe you dropped the seed on its head, or when it was sprouting you like dig it up to see if it was growing, and streesed it out or stunted its growth, i like to experiment with those, try out...

i like gels better than powder, and you can watch some good youtube vids, step by step, very informative just typre how to clone or something,
