well guys for thos of you who followed my grow cab build, ive decited to tear it down and make sumthing a little better. i needed a little more room as heat was always a constant issue so i decided to basicly double my area by makeing a tent for my needs. it has been quite fun to build so far...

go with a carbon filter. there are a few DYI's on this site that show you some cheep ways to make them and quite effective.

go to your home depot and buy a cheep replacement door that you dont mind cutting 2, 4 inch holes in the bottom and placeing a wall vent over the holes so it looks like a vented closet. hook up your intake and exhaust and wahla. now when its time to move out youll have the old door to put back...

this space is 2 wide 3 deep and 4 high. it has a 400 watt light. im sure youll be alright.

yes it should, i know lumatek is quite universal. they also accept hydro farm hood plugs.

its the sun master cord and socket there talking about. the part the bulb screws into will have a cord at the end with the strange looking plug that will attach to your ballast. your ballast will then have a second cord that will allow you to plug right into your home outlet. im useing the sun...

i found it at a nursery out by me. also home depot has sumthing just about the same in the gardening section. you just gotta look for it.

well, guys girls im at it again. only this time im not gunna use soil. i got 6 nice seeds from some killer kush i got. i germed them and ended up with 4 nice little seedlings. put them in the bp system i built and so far so good ill know more tomorrow. here are some pics.

if your running c02 then youll want to vent the light totally separate from the grow room or area its self. if your not running c02 then, hook up your venting so its sucks air out of the grow box thru the light. this will help cool the light and vent the box all in one. yes you will need to cut...

i toped mine above the 4th node but let the plant grow out 7 nodes, so basicly cutting off a weeks worth of growth. then once they recovered i cut off the first two branches or first nodes branches, and just let the 6 branches i had left turn into tops. worked out great.
