I'd work on getting airflow first or at the same time as HID. If temps are a problem now, they will only get worse when you switch

I'd just look into along the lines of what this gentleman said. Put a 440 or close to it cfm fan filter on each tube and y them only at the exhaust point. Grab a 10 or 12k A/C. problem solved. Throw a swamp cooler in there for veg if your having humidity issues. Borrow an IR laser thermometer...

UPDATE 7/24 Got seven plants up showing leaves, one stem with the shell on sprouted for days, and two no shows. Growth looks good, leaves that look rough are the ones that started off looking like bad so thats expected. Small pots were dry, So I gave them they're first real solid watering...

All in the dirt 8/10 sprouted two were cracked but not fully out. Whatever I'll take it 24 hour germ time haha. Got them hanging out under a couple whatever the fuck house CFL's until they sprout and then it's off to meet 50% of my 600watt.
