I use RO water with CalMagPlus. Sunshine #4 is about 60-70% Canadian sphangnum peat moss and 30-40% perlite. The mix also includes dolomite, but I have added some more as I am told there isn't enough dolomite to keep the pH stable throughout the cycle.
