I think it may work. With maybe 5-8 inch plants. The lumen's are there but as we know fluorescents lose lumen's like crazy every inch. Your scrog idea may work to.

2600w the amps should be up ay. Im sure it can handle a 125watt cfl man.

From what iv seen with my brothers plants. Is that the shorter the light cycle the quicker the plant is to finish. I know it sounds weird, you would think that more light=faster. But not with LR. I recommend 20/4 for best results and time.

From what i know that sounds correct. I know that even when chopped and drying there is still chemical proceses going on. You would definatly get some more bud mass or THC production from doing what you have done. Some people leave there grow room in pitch darkness for a week with the same idea...
